Mr. Henfield has more than twenty years experience in research and manipulation of large computer databases with over ten years experience in health care. An exceptional report writer, he has the ability to clearly and thoroughly summarize and present quantitative statistical analysis and manipulation of large computer databases. He currently manages the New York State Medicaid Managed Care contracts, and has exceptionally strong expertise developing work plans and budgets, and supervising technical staff in designing research methodology and statistical analyses for quality improvement studies. Mr Henfield is an NCQA-Certified HEDIS® Compliance Auditor.

Mr. Henfield earned a Master of Arts in Measurement and Evaluation from New York University, and is currently a Doctoral student there in Research Methodology in Educational Psychology.
