Senior Director, Medicaid/State Health Care Assessment Review Operations

Ms. Fox directs the review operations for IPRO's Medicaid quality oversight program. With extensive experience in health care delivery quality review, Ms. Fox possesses in-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and AIDS treatment, utilization review programs and case management. Ms. Fox has managed the administration of the Medicaid/AIMS statewide review activities including but not limited to Retrospective, Preadmission, Cost Outlier, Discharge Notice and Quality Reviews, ALJ referrals, Special State Selected Cases and Special Projects.

Ms. Fox designed, implemented and maintains data collection instruments for the purpose of pattern analysis/quality improvement strategies for the AIMS Department. She provides technical assistance to facility personnel in 28 designated AIDS Center hospitals, 20-plus non-designated hospitals, nursing facilities, home health agencies, community health centers, drug treatment centers, and primary care settings in satisfying New York State Department of Health HIV Care guidelines

Ms. Fox has co-authored several publications relating to HIV quality of care programs.

Ms. Fox holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from St. Francis College. She received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from Kingsborough Community College.
