IPRO Involved
Investment in the Community by IPRO and Its PeopleIPRO and its people proudly support many community-focused projects and activities. Each year, the organization and its employees commit their time and energy to various worthy causes. They make a difference by raising funds and, equally important, by getting involved.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

IPRO employees, their families and friends lent their support to Breast Cancer Awareness Month by participating in the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" fund raising walks in their communities. The toys are donated to social welfare agencies, churches and other community agencies for distribution to children in need. Staff members in Lake Success beat last year's record, donating 159 toys for distribution to the needy by the Foundation.
Health and Safety
Health promotion, prevention and improvement are important facets of corporate social responsibility.
IPRO sponsors a number of health and safety related exhibits and/or events for staff and visitors throughout the year. These have included World AIDS Day (December), Stroke Awareness (July), Cancer Awareness (October) and promotion of the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" awareness campaign (February). A Diabetes Awareness "lunch-and-learn" session was held in March 2005.
"Take Our Kids to Work Day" Book Drive
