Senior Director, Managed Care

Ms. Sajja is responsible for leading IPRO's HEDIS® line of business and assessing HEDIS® -related programs and processes at managed care organizations. An NCQA-certified HEDIS® Compliance Auditor, Ms. Sajja works with state and federal agencies, as well as individual managed care organizations, to implement and review the HEDIS® audit process. Ms. Sajja is responsible for developing IPRO's audit team, including training individual auditors in preparation for NCQA's HEDIS® compliance auditor certification, and for implementing IPRO's strategic business plan for the audit program. She also serves as project lead for the multi-payer HEDIS® project under contract with the New York Business Group on Health and as a team member evaluating performance improvement projects for New York State Medicaid managed care plans.

Ms. Sajja has a Masters of Public Health degree with specialty areas of epidemiology and quantitative methods from the University of Medicine and Dentistry at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
